Everyone has a Worldview
“Whether you realize it or not, every single person has a worldview. In basic terms, a worldview is a collection of attitudes, values, stories, and expectations about the world around us, which inform our every thought and action.” - Women in Apologetics.
A Jesus-following Christian who believes in the inerrant Word of God should have a Christian/ biblical worldview. To maintain a biblical worldview, one must filter everything through the lens of scripture.
Not all “Christians” and not all “pastors” hold a biblical worldview. This is the most recent research from George Barna out of Arizona Christian University regarding Biblical Worldview released in February 2023.
According to Barna research from 4/22, only 2% of American parents with pre-teens hold a biblical worldview. “Pre-teen parents from households making in excess of $100,000 annually rarely possess a biblical worldview (less than 0.5%).”
Only 37% of American Christian Pastors and only 12% of Children’s and Youth Pastors hold a biblical worldview.
